ANCHORED FOR LIFE | A 6-WEEK PROGRAM

Eating enough protein shouldn’t feel like the hardest part of your day.

Let’s fix that in six weeks.

If you are somewhere in your late 40s or 50s, you probably carry enough on a given day to have noticed that your body isn’t “working” the way it used to. You have been hearing that you need to eat more protein as you get older, but for some reason it feels hard to stay consistent with it. That’s why I invented The Protein Anchor Method.

YOU ARE NOT IMAGINING IT

The salad that used to work just… stopped.

The same salad at lunch leaves you flat by three o’clock. The weight settles in places it never used to and will not move, no matter how carefully you eat. Words go missing in the middle of a sentence. Sleep stops doing its job.

You are not failing at something other women quietly figured out. Your body did change, and the way of eating that kept you well for two decades stopped matching what it needs now.
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGED

Midlife is not a discipline problem. It’s a structural one.

Most advice will tell you to try harder. That is the wrong instruction, because midlife is not a discipline problem. It is a structural one.

What changed is estrogen, and what estrogen took with it was your body’s ability to get by on the amount of protein you used to eat. Through your thirties and into your forties you could under-eat protein and your body covered for you. As estrogen declines, that cushion disappears. The technical name is anabolic resistance: your body becomes measurably less efficient at using the protein you eat, so the amount that held you through the afternoon at 38 may only be doing a fraction of that job at 52.

So your need goes up, right when your habits have not changed. Most women in midlife need close to 90 to 100 grams of protein a day. Most are getting around 40, often while believing they eat healthy, because a salad and a smoothie look like health and quietly deliver about eight grams of protein.

90–100g

WHAT MIDLIFE NEEDS, DAILY

~40g

WHAT MOST WOMEN GET

That gap is why the energy crashes. Why the weight won’t budge. Why the fog rolls in after lunch. You are not failing the standard. The standard was not built for you.

YOU'RE PROBABLY WONDERING WHAT A PROTEIN ANCHOR IS...

There’s a difference between eating
protein and anchoring it.

Here is the part most people miss. There is a difference between eating protein and anchoring it.

You almost certainly already eat protein. A sprinkle of chicken on a salad. Some yogurt at breakfast. Whatever was left from dinner, mixed into a bowl. The protein is on the plate. It is just not the foundation of the plate. It is mixed in as an afterthought, and your body cannot tell the difference between a small portion of protein and almost none when it is deciding whether to give you a clear afternoon or a foggy one.

A Protein Anchor flips that. Before you build the meal, you ask one question: is protein clearly the foundation of this meal? When protein leads, everything else arranges itself around it.

The Protein Anchor Method gets most women above 90 grams of protein a day without weighing a thing or opening an app. You learn the visual once and use it everywhere: at home, in restaurants, in other people’s kitchens, on travel days when you have no control over what is being served.

That is not a diet. It’s a simple system. And it is the one thing that changes everything else for women in perimenopause and menopause.

YOU DON'T NEED TO OVERHAUL YOUR LIFE

One structural shift, made consistently, at every meal.

Anchored for Life is a six-week program that closes that gap, and it includes the 7-day Sprint that teaches you the protein anchor skill from the ground up. One protein anchor at every meal. No tracking, no shakes. By the end you have simply become the woman who eats this way.

Eating enough protein does not require tracking, shakes, or rebuilding how you eat. It requires one structural shift, made consistently, at every meal. The trouble is that knowing the shift and making it automatic are two different things, and the second one is where most good intentions quietly come apart.

That is why this program has two parts, and you get both.
PART ONE · INCLUDED

The Sprint

A 7-day skill builder that teaches you the method from scratch, with no prior knowledge assumed. You learn how to eyeball your protein target without tracking, how to protein-anchor breakfast, lunch, and dinner, how to handle the 3 PM snack problem, and how to hold the structure when you are eating out or travelling. There is even a full cooking demo so you can see exactly how a protein-anchored meal comes together. By the end of week one, the skill is in your hands.

PART TWO · THE INTEGRATION

Anchored for Life

This is what turns the skill into a habit that survives real life: the busy weeks, the travel weeks, the weeks when cooking is the last thing you want to do. Protein anchors do not slip because something is wrong with you. They slip because the skill needs more repetitions, and this is where it gets them.

Get The Two Step Process
INSIDE THE SPRINT · YOUR FIRST 7 DAYS

From not knowing to instinct in seven days.

The Sprint is where the skill goes from unknown to instinct: seven short modules, each one building on the last.

1

Your Protein Target (Without Tracking)

Learn how much protein your body needs in midlife and how to eyeball it in 10 seconds. No apps, no scales, no math.

2

The Breakfast Anchor

Build a protein-anchored breakfast that keeps your blood sugar steady and your brain sharp all morning, including options under 10 minutes.

3

Lunch & Dinner Anchors

Apply the same principle so your whole day is structurally supported, with real examples you can use immediately.

4

Cooking Demo

Cook a full anchor meal with me start to finish: Greek-style chicken, lemon garlic roasted potatoes, roasted broccoli, and a quick tzatziki. One method becomes dozens of meals.

5

Snack Plates & the 3PM Problem

Solve the afternoon dip with protein-forward snack plates that keep you sharp without caffeine or willpower.

6

Real Life (Work, Travel, Eating Out)

Hold your structure through work lunches, restaurant meals, travel days, and the weeks when cooking is the last thing you want to do.

7

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

Seven days to understand it.
Six weeks to live it.

In seven days, you’ll understand how to protein-anchor every one of your meals with the right amount of protein. In six weeks, you’ll have made it part of your life. Here is what you can expect to learn along the way.

WEEK 1

Why Protein Anchors Don’t Stick

You identify your personal collapse pattern and name the trigger in one sentence, so you can see it coming instead of only noticing after.

WEEK 2

The Five Signals Your Body Sends

Five different things get lumped together as hunger. You learn to tell them apart, so what you reach for matches what your body is actually asking for.

WEEK 3

The Repertoire Problem

Boredom kills protein anchors. You build a personal meal repertoire organized by time and energy, so the right option is easy to find when you are tired and decision-fatigued.

WEEK 4

The Five Pressure Scenarios

Travel, work lunches, the week you do not want to cook. You get the actual move for each, and you write your strategy before the next one arrives.

WEEK 5

What Your Hormones Are Doing to Your Appetite

What is happening with estrogen and appetite, and the one principle that keeps it simple: the protein anchor stays fixed while the volume around it flexes.

WEEK 6

You Become the Method

You write your Personal Operating Document: your version of the method, in your own words, sized to your own life. This is the thing you carry forward.

I'm Ready!

“I haven’t felt this good since before menopause. The fog is gone. My energy is back, and I’m more productive in my business than I’ve been in years.”

Yvonne Kearns, 58. Running and doing yoga again.

WHY I CAN BE TRUSTED ON THIS

I learned all of this the hard way... three meals a day.

I am a Senior Culinary Nutritionist and the founder of Herbs ’n Honey. Before that, I spent years in corporate strategy, which is why I build systems instead of handing out meal plans that fall apart the moment life gets busy.

I learned all of this the hard way, and later than I would have liked. For years my afternoons were fine, until sometime in my mid-forties they were not. The fog would arrive after lunch, I would go digging for something to get me through, and I assumed it was the cost of a demanding job.

Then in 2023 everything arrived at once. A cancer scare led to a hysterectomy, and three days later I woke up in surgical menopause with no warning and no map. I spent the next six months reading everything I could find, trained in menopause coaching so I would understand what was happening in my own body, and rebuilt the way I ate from the ground up. When I closed the protein gap, the fog lifted, the afternoon slump disappeared, the weight started moving, and I felt like myself again for the first time in years. In 2024 a scan showed osteopenia, so I kept going.

This is not theory I picked up secondhand. It is what I live, three meals a day.

This is for you if…

You are in your 40s, 50s, or 60s and what used to work doesn’t anymore

You eat well but still feel flat by mid-afternoon

You are brand new to this and want it explained clearly, then made automatic

You want one clear approach, not another plan to abandon by week two

You are willing to spend 15 to 20 minutes a week and apply what you learn

It’s not for you if…

× You want calorie counting, macro tracking, or a rigid meal plan

× You are looking for a detox, a weight-loss promise, or supplement recommendations

.

WHAT IT COSTS, AND WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY SPENT

You have almost certainly spent more on less.

A straight word about the price, because you have almost certainly spent more on less. If you are like most women who find me, the last year or two included a shelf of supplements, a functional-medicine consult or two, maybe a stretch of meal delivery, and a fair amount of money on things that did not change how you feel. Even $100 a month on supplements for a year is $1,200 that never addressed the actual reason your energy crashed.

Anchored for Life is $297 CAD, once. Not monthly, not recurring. That includes the full Sprint that teaches you the skill and the six-week program that makes it permanent. There is nothing else to buy first and nothing to add later. You start the day you join. There is no waiting for a group to begin.
