ANCHORED FOR LIFE | A 6-WEEK PROGRAM
You learned the method.
Now make it automatic.
You just spent seven days proving it to yourself. When protein anchors the plate, the afternoon holds, the fog lifts, and the snack drawer stops calling. You felt the difference faster than you expected, because the shift was physiological, not a matter of willpower.
The hard part is done. You know what an anchor is, and you know it works. The only question left is whether it will still be running your plate six months from now, on the busy weeks, the travel weeks, the weeks when cooking is the last thing you want to do.
Join Anchored For Life & Save $100Why a skill you understand still slips.
The Sprint gave you the skill. But a skill is not a habit yet, and the gap between the two is where most good intentions quietly come apart.
You know exactly how it goes. You anchor breakfast for nine days straight, and then a 7am call lands and breakfast is coffee and whatever is fast. A trip comes up and the airport wins. One hard week stacks on another, and by the time you look up, the anchor has slipped and you are running on the old pattern again, wondering why you let it go.
Anchors do not slip because something is wrong with you. They slip because the skill has not had enough repetitions yet to survive a real life. It needs to move from something you decide to do each meal into something you simply do, the way you brush your teeth without negotiating it.
That move, from decision to default, is the entire job of these six weeks.
What Anchored for Life is
Anchored for Life is a six-week program that takes protein-anchored eating from something you have to think about and turns it into something you no longer think about at all. By the end you are not managing a system or holding a plan together. You have become the woman who eats this way, because it is simply how she eats.
It is built for a full life, so it arrives one week at a time and never lands as a pile to get through. Each week you get a short audio lesson you can listen to on a walk or while you cook, and one practical task: something you actually do, not just think about. It begins by showing you exactly where your own anchors fall apart, and it ends with a plan written in your words that keeps working long after the six weeks are over.
No food tracking. No shakes. No starting over. You already have the anchor. This builds everything that makes it last.
What happens each week
You now understand how to protein-anchor every one of your meals with the right amount of protein. In six weeks, you’ll have made it part of your life. Here is what you can expect to learn along the way.
Why Protein Anchors Don’t Stick
You identify your personal collapse pattern and name the trigger in one sentence, so you can see it coming instead of only noticing after.
The Five Signals Your Body Sends
Five different things get lumped together as hunger. You learn to tell them apart, so what you reach for matches what your body is actually asking for.
The Repertoire Problem
Boredom kills protein anchors. You build a personal meal repertoire organized by time and energy, so the right option is easy to find when you are tired and decision-fatigued.
The Five Pressure Scenarios
Travel, work lunches, the week you do not want to cook. You get the actual move for each, and you write your strategy before the next one arrives.
WEEK 5
What Your Hormones Are Doing to Your Appetite
You Become the Method
You write your Personal Operating Document: your version of the method, in your own words, sized to your own life. This is the thing you carry forward.
Everything you need, nothing to add later.
✓ Six weekly audio lessons, 15 to 20 minutes each, made to listen to on a walk or while you cook
✓ 35 chef-designed recipes built for real enjoyment, not compliance
✓ A travel field guide and a fast-recovery guide for the days that fall apart
✓ Weekly practice tools that build the skill, not the to-do list
✓ Your Personal Operating Document, to carry the method forward in your own words
✓ Lifetime access, so you can return any time things drift
“I haven’t felt this good since before menopause. The fog is gone. My energy is back, and I’m more productive in my business than I’ve been in years.”
That is not an extraordinary result. That is what happens when you give your body the protein it has been asking for, and then build the structure that keeps you giving it, week after week, without thinking about it.
I learned all of this the hard way... three meals a day.
I am a Senior Culinary Nutritionist and the founder of Herbs ’n Honey. Before that, I spent years in corporate strategy, which is why I build systems instead of handing out meal plans that fall apart the moment life gets busy.
I learned all of this the hard way, and later than I would have liked. For years my afternoons were fine, until sometime in my mid-forties they were not. The fog would arrive after lunch, I would go digging for something to get me through, and I assumed it was the cost of a demanding job.
Then in 2023 everything arrived at once. A cancer scare led to a hysterectomy, and three days later I woke up in surgical menopause with no warning and no map. I spent the next six months reading everything I could find, trained in menopause coaching so I would understand what was happening in my own body, and rebuilt the way I ate from the ground up. When I closed the protein gap, the fog lifted, the afternoon slump disappeared, the weight started moving, and I felt like myself again for the first time in years. In 2024 a scan showed osteopenia, so I kept going.
This is not theory I picked up secondhand. It is what I live, three meals a day.
This is for you if…
✓ You did the Sprint, felt the difference, and do not want to lose it
✓ You know the anchor works and want it running on autopilot, not on willpower
✓ You want one clear approach you can run without thinking, not another plan to abandon
✓ You are willing to spend 15 to 20 minutes a week and apply what you learn
It’s not for you if…
× You want calorie counting, macro tracking, or a rigid meal plan
× You are looking for a detox, a weight-loss promise, or supplement recommendations
.
Everything you’re wondering.
I already did the Sprint. Do I need to start over?I already did the Sprint. Do I need to start over?
This sounds simple. Is six weeks really necessary?
Do I need to track anything?
Do I need to track anything?
I'm vegetarian. Will the recipes work for me?
What if I’m too busy right now?
It will become your way of life.
One structural shift. The Sprint to learn it, six weeks to make it automatic. The energy, clarity, and consistency you have been trying to get back, built into the way you eat, for good.
Six weeks from now, you won’t have to think about this anymore. It will become your way of life.
