Online Cooking Classes

Good food made by you in your own kitchen.

Here is what is actually causing it.

This is a live, interactive experience on Zoom where you cook alongside me in real time, ask questions as they come up, and sit down to a genuinely delicious meal at the end.

Not a video you watch and forget.

Your kitchen, your pace, and a chef in your corner.

It is nothing like the cooking videos you watch once and forget. You cook in your own kitchen, at whatever pace feels right, using ingredients you picked up yourself, while a trained chef walks you through every step and makes sure you have a good time.

Every class is built around the protein-anchor principles, which means every recipe leads with protein first and builds a complete, satisfying plate around it. You will leave knowing how to make the dish and, more importantly, why it is built the way it is and how to apply the same thinking to everything else you cook.

The goal goes beyond a great meal to a new relationship with your kitchen, one that feels easy, enjoyable, and completely worth coming back to.

What to expect.

Prepared unfussy and genuinely fun.

You receive a detailed grocery list and recipe packet in advance so you arrive prepared and ready to cook — no special equipment, no hard to find ingredients.

About 90 minutes.

The class runs for approximately 90 minutes — long enough to cook something substantial and short enough to fit into a weekday evening or a weekend morning.

Built for you.

Every menu is designed to accommodate dietary needs and allergies, and nothing in the class requires special equipment or hard to find ingredients.

At the end you eat what you made. That part is non-negotiable, and it is usually the best part.

Who this is for

These classes are designed for women who want to eat better without turning every meal into a project, and for anyone who wants to understand how to cook in a way that actually supports their energy, their sleep, and their body as they age.

You do not need to be an experienced cook, and you do not need to love cooking yet. All it takes is showing up with your ingredients and an appetite, and I will handle the rest.

Bring your partner, a friend, or your daughter. The more the merrier, and the more fun it gets.
