Private Retreat Chef
Your retreat deserves food that is part of the experience.
You have built something worth attending. Your participants are trusting you with their time, their energy, and their willingness to show up fully. The last thing you need is to also be the person thinking about what's for lunch.

Food as part of the work
The last thing you need is to be the one thinking about lunch.
When the food is extraordinary, nourishing, and built to sustain steady energy from the first morning through the final evening, it stops being a logistical detail and becomes part of the transformation your retreat is designed to deliver.
That is what I am here to do.
What your participants will experience
Steady energy, from the first morning to the last.
Every meal is built around protein-forward, chef-quality food designed to keep energy steady and sustained throughout the day.
No afternoon crash
There are no afternoon crashes pulling people out of the room mentally.
No post-lunch fog
The post-lunch fog that usually blurs carefully designed work never sets in.
No countdown to dinner
No one sits there quietly counting down to dinner because their blood sugar has bottomed out.
When participants are well fed in this way they stay open, engaged, and present in a way that compounds the impact of everything else you have planned.
The food does not just nourish them. It holds the container alongside you.
"It was the first time I actually enjoyed my own retreat, because I wasn't exhausted from running the kitchen. My guests are still talking about the food."

Before the retreat
We design it together.
It starts long before the retreat itself. We connect in advance to talk through your vision for the experience, your participants and their dietary needs, the tone and intention of each day, and the kind of food that will support the work you are doing in the room. I design every menu around that conversation, bringing ideas and suggestions while making sure every meal reflects what you want your participants to feel.
On site
I handle everything.
On site I handle everything from the first meal to the last. Shopping, preparation, cooking, plating, cleanup, and anything else the kitchen requires. You will not need to think about food once during your retreat, which means you can be completely present with your participants from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Two ways to WORK TOGETHER
Choose the level of hands-on that fits.
Both options are fully customized around your participants' dietary needs and allergies, and both are built around the same protein-forward, energy-sustaining principles.

What happens on the call
Lets talk it through
We spend about twenty minutes talking through your retreat, your participants, your vision for the food, and which option makes the most sense for your needs and your budget. From there I put together a proposal and we go from there.
There is no pressure and no obligation on the call. It is simply the conversation that makes sure we create something your participants will never forget.
